Hey Ang, yeah its pretty cold, especially right now, when we there it was 15 or so but i heard right now its like 5!
Is it due to high altitude? Sounds pretty cold for a South-east Asian country.
yeah, its high altitude, atleast im pretty sure its high given the stomach wrenching hill climb of a bus ride it took to get there.
